RTI could mean ROTI for me as well as for common man !

Subject: RTI sans File- noting could snatch my Roti.

The noting received under RTI application, thanks to
RTI, gives out that the person who had suspended me in
2003 had acted beyond his jurisdiction.
Further the person who wrote the note on file was
shunted out on a piece of paper signed out side the
office. (See the sketch pen writing on the order in
Page 5 attachment).
Came to know this after three years plus. Only with
File Notings under RTI
RTI could mean “ROTI” for me as well as the common
man.
